SAP Product Manager - Enterprise Asset Management - EAM

We are actively in pursuit of an accomplished SAP Product Manager, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Enterprise Asset Management / PM realm.

This individual will be instrumental in orchestrating the key Enterprise Asset management \ Plant Maintenance - SAP EAM/ PM process chain and the primary integration points across our 5 plants.

Your mission? To provide the business with guidance during periods of change to ensure all new developments (running changes or projects) build on the existing JLR SAP Quality Management processes. This includes investigating new and emerging SAP solutions as well as taking part in Solution Design Authority meetings for running and project changes, providing process and design guidance and approval as necessary.

You must have previously led a minimum of three Project lifecycles in solution architect or lead functional consultant roles on a major SAP project or programme.

It is essential to the role that you'll have the ability to conceptualise and communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders in a clear and precise manner. In this role you'll have the ability to work under your own initiative and to tight deadlines planning, prioritising and controlling yourself, and your team in.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential -

• SAP Certification in Enterprise Asset management \ Plant Maintenance


• Experience on Maintenance business processes, just like inspection, notifications, corrective and preventive maintenance, repairs, and other measures to maintain an ideal technical system


• Act as the subject matter expert to projects on SAP EAM/PM aspects and capability and what the art of the possible is within these modules


• Act as the liaison between the customer community and the IT teams regards SAP capability


• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability, functionality and performance needs in the creation of a overall solution


• Manage small changes, including development of Functional specs to support RICEFW developments


• SAP S4 HANA Experience


• Agile delivery/ Dev-ops experience


• SAP Manufacturing Experience
