Security Installation & Maintenance Engineer

Our organisation is currently seeking an Installation/Maintenance Engineer to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing security equipment, conducting equipment maintenance and repairs and troubleshooting issues.

Role and responsibilities:

• Conduct Preventative Maintenance visits for security systems.


• Fitting new and amending existing security, fire, CCTV and door access installations.


• Amending those specifications where deemed necessary on site.


• First line investigations and correction of Alarm/ CCTV problems - using our corrective maintenance reports - reporting as necessary to Installations Manager and/or M.D.


• Maintaining standards and paperwork as per the company policy documents.


• 24 hour emergency cover rota, shared across the team.

  Good knowledge of Health and Safety, although training is provided.


• Previous experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems.


• Full UK driving licence


• Good communication skills


• Clean criminal record - all engineers must be fully security screened.
