Full Job Description
- Effective Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with staff, service users, visitors, and contractors.
- Professional Development: Support and encourage continuous professional development (CPD).
- Strategic Contribution: Help shape the estate strategy and policy development.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, expenditures, and reconciliations efficiently.
- Property Inspections: Inspect properties, attend stakeholder meetings, and identify opportunities for value maximisation.
- Contract Management: Complete JCT contracts and serve as a Supervising Officer when required.
- Standards Compliance: Conduct property inspections and measurements in line with RICS standards.
- Data Management: Update and manage data through QFM systems.
- Progress Reporting: Report and monitor progress on the capital program.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with planning departments and manage insurance claims for property risks.
