Server / Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking a dedicated waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant setting., Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Assist in food preparation when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for order taking and bill processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food presentation
