Full Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide human resources generalist support to the EURA region. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Director of Human Resources.
Your Impact
- Act as a key advisor to line management on organisational and human resources matters.
- Ensure effective communication of human resource practices, processes, and programs to management and employees.
- Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent manner.
- Partner with the Talant Acquisition team and line managers to recruit key talent.
- Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Coach managers to improve performance.
- Partner with the Talent Management team on training strategies and issues.
- Management of HR projects.
Proven ability to recruit key management and staff. - Ability to act in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong coaching skills.
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Access and Outlook.
- Strong experience working with various HR and business systems.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent required, CIPD Level 5 or above/Masters or equivalent.
- Travel: Approximately 10 - 15%.
