Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our study support team, working closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning, and supporting young people with special educational needs, disabilities and additional needs to make outstanding academic progress and to flourish as individuals. Sensitivity, flexibility, empathy and good personal communication are important skills for this role, helping to build positive and constructive relationships with young adults.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge, understanding and experience of working with young people in a similar environment and must be willing to undertake further training relevant to the post., Disability Confident
