Full Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader who is committed, motivated and consistent. A Team Leader who has the passion and ambition to provide the very best support for our young people aged 16 to 19, These young people are transitioning from residential or foster care, present as homeless or are unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people who need positive role models.

Your experience as Team Leader, being in a supervised role within a similar environment will have given you the skills and ability to make a positive impact and embrace self improvement within the home.

Skills/experience

  • Effective Leadership (at least 12 months) within a similar environment.

  • Working in partnership with multi-agencies (e.g social workers)

  • Confident with outlook, word and excel.

  • Be confident to communicate with all that come into contact with the service.

  • 4 x 10 hour shift per week on a 3 week rolling rota which includes weekends.
