Full Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers the chance to strategically influence our Engineering recruitment, providing innovative strategies and insights that drive our business forward.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering, you'll lead the recruitment for all engineering functions, including executive hires, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent. You'll support the strategic outlook and implement recruitment initiatives that will not only fill current vacancies but are also designed to enhance our organisational strength.
Through your experience and leadership, you'll lead, mentor and coach a great Talent Acquisition team to attract top-tier engineering talent, who are not only a technical fit, but also align with our core values and long-term strategic goals. A natural relationship builder, you will partner across the function to understand current trends, challenges and help to provide a clear future orientated talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles, emphasising strategic workforce planning and innovative sourcing techniques.

  • Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines and communities using advanced technologies and methodologies.

  • Leading senior-level recruitment projects, including negotiations and stakeholder management.

  • Integrating EDI strategies into all recruitment activities to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

  • Overseeing a team of recruitment specialists and administrators, driving them towards achieving ambitious SLA targets in a dynamic environment.

    You are a seasoned leader in talent acquisition, with a knack for strategic thinking and a proven track record in a similar role within a large and complex organisation. Your ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and lead a team to excellence sets you apart.

  • We're also looking for the following:
  • Extensive experience in Engineering, recruitment or in similar industry.

  • Extensive experience in leading strategic talent acquisition projects.

  • Demonstrated ability in senior in-house TA roles, particularly within engineering or similar technical disciplines.

  • Strong business partnering skills with a capacity to influence and drive change across all levels.

  • Success in leading and coaching high-performing recruitment teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies and a keen insight into current and emerging strategies in the field.

  • Experience spanning both agency and in-house settings.

  • Degree qualified, with additional certifications in Project Management or Psychometrics seen as a bonus.

  • Proficiency in psychometric assessment tools and techniques is advantageous.
