Full Job Description

KS 3/4 RE (Faith Studies) Teacher (September 2024) We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and enthusiastic RE Teacher. The position would suit a new or experienced teacher with their own faith experience as well as the enthusiasm and drive to develop their own career whilst making a difference to our pupils. ERS is a school with a Christian ethos but we welcome staff and pupils from all faiths or none. Pupils at ERS enjoy learning about Christianity and other world faiths but often need additional support in small classes to access the curriculum. Their needs may include specific learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, attention difficulties, and speech, language and communication difficulties. The successful applicant will be a part of the Chaplaincy Team which prepare assemblies, weekly prayer themes and coordinate school religious services. There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on the role of Chaplain within the school. For further details
