Tennis Coach

We are looking for a Tennis Coach - Level 1 to join our team at Wimbledon.,

• Supporting the development of players with good knowledge of the competitive structure and strong awareness of high standards for all ages


• Attend weekly team meetings & organised CPD sessions


• Tournament support when required


• Lead and assist with talent identification within our schools programme


• Desire to improve own knowledge and delivery through internal and external CPD


• Being a good ambassador for The All England Club on and off the court


• Following the Clubs' Child Protection Policy and Guidelines, There is an expectation for working hours and days to include regular weekend work and some early mornings.
  
  Tennis player and fan with a love for the game


• Minimum LTA Level 3 Qualification


• LTA accredited including satisfactory DBS disclosure


• Strong interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships and communicate effectively and clearly


• Team Player that is pro-active, ambitious, hard-working and organised


• Strong record of developing juniors from grass roots level
  
  The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited (AELTC) organises and stages The Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships, widely regarded as the world's premier tennis tournament and is home to one of the most prestigious tennis clubs. The community tennis programme operates across 3 sites and involves regular outreach coaching in schools.
