Full Job Description

+ Ensuring therapy referrals are timely and appropriate
+ Ensuring patients with complex needs are escalated to qualified therapy staff
+ Collating relevant patient specific information
+ Carrying out basic assessments
+ Delivering therapy interventions and progressing patients with non-complex needs
+ Liaising closely with therapists, ward staff, patients, and their families
+ Support the ward team in achieving a basic knowledge and level of competence in rehab, through supervision and teaching
+ Ordering equipment when indicated
