Full Job Description

Working with our Training & Development Manager you will liaise with external providers and internal assessors to book and accurately record training for our workforce.,

  • Book new and expiring training for personnel

  • Maintain data integrity across all training records on our HR system

  • Establish excellent working relationships with workforce, internal assessors and external providers

  • Raise purchase orders for Training courses

  • Creating training certificates for in-house training

  • Administer certificates to workforce directly

  • Communicate clearly with workforce and managers to ensure transparency with training arrangements

  • Following established processes to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across the training department and wider business

  • ·Represent the businesses core values at all times

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in using multiple communication methods e.g. phone call, email and face to face

  • The ability to work under pressure

  • Good experience in learning and operating IT systems specifically MSOffice

  • The ability to pick up a wide variety of different tasks, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (required)

  • Driving Licence (required)
