Youth Hub Worker x4

£23,500 - £23,893 per year pro rata. Are you motivated, enthusiastic and resilient, someone who's looking for a challenging career with purpose? Are you passionate about making a difference, to the lives of young people aged 11 - 18 in Swansea?, Our ideal candidates will be creative, confident and comfortable in building strong and positive relationships with young people by providing them a safe, welcoming and fun environment where you will design and deliver a range of informal learning, activities, projects and wider opportunities in the community. Our work is very rewarding, challenging and varied.

It would be advantageous, if you have previous experience of working with young people, whether in a paid or voluntary setting.

Full training will be provided, and an Enhanced Criminal Record Disclosure, health check and satisfactory references are required for these posts.

Swansea Young People Service's, known as Evolve, run a network of 5 Youth Hubs, for young people, across Swansea, with facilitites at Gorseinon, Stadwen, Townhill, Brynhyfryd and Blaenymaes.

We currently have a number of part time vacancies (15 hours) across various sites, working regular evenings, with some afternoon work, depending if you haven't already got a fulltime post. Temporary until 25 March 2025.
