We now have an exciting opportunity for a Processing Clerk to join our High Street Finance team at our Support Centre in Swindon for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

The main purpose of a Processing Clerk is to perform general day to day accounting tasks and support the Accounts team.

What you will be doing

Entering invoices and credit notes into the ledger system

Reconciling supplier statements to ensure correct payments are made

Liaising with other areas of the business to obtain invoice approval and resolve queries

Assisting other members of the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

You will have previous similar experience gained from a fast-paced Accounts environment

You will be numerate and have an analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills are required, teamed with excellent communication skills

You will be a proficient user of Excel
